Shipping Policy / Terms & Conditions

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

It is our policy not to accept returns of any ballistic products including the following items:

  • Body armor, armor plates, ballistic helmets, ballistic shields, and soft panels
  • Custom made and special-order items

*Please make an extra effort to verify you are ordering the correct size helmet and/or ballistic panels.

If you wish to return or exchange any items in your shipment, a return request must be made to sales@overwatchgroup.net within (5) five business days of receiving an item. After receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request Form, the items you wish to exchange or return, must be shipped back at buyer’s expense within 10 days of receiving written approval from sales. If 14 days have passed since requesting the return/exchange and we have not received the original items, your return or exchange will no longer be accepted.


LEGAL AND TERMS OF USE

By purchasing from Overwatch Group LLC (“Overwatch Group LLC”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”); furthermore, you represent, warrant, and confirm the following:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in your state, province, or territory of residence at the time of purchase;
  • You are not a felon;
  • You are not legally barred from purchasing, possessing, or using the item(s) purchased;
  • You are legally allowed to possess and use the item(s) in your state;
  • Your purchase does not violate any local, state, or federal laws;
  • You are not purchasing the item(s) for criminal or amoral purposes;
  • You will only use the item(s) purchased for lawful purposes;
  • You are purchasing the item(s) on your own behalf and not on behalf someone else in order to avoid complying with these Terms and Conditions;
  • You assume all risk of use (or misuse) of the item(s) purchased.
